This information shows up on the top left of a visitor's screen. Perfect place to put a welcome message or instructions.

Remove your region from teleport directory by changing this to 'NO'. Works well for subcategory regions that must be entered through a physical teleport.

Turn toggle switch "on" to put frame rate stats on screen for all visitors.
• Region Ocean with Details
Turn default water on or off, assign texture, color, water height.
• Advanced Builder Options
Add your own scripts and object construction. Careful, if you don't know what you are doing, you will break your region. 3DWW Building Tools offer basic hover and click interactions. HTML and Javascript additions are only needed if you choose to add non-standard object movement or interaction to your region. Need help? Contact management, they will help you with your custom ideas.

Click the ADD A NEW EVENT button at the top and complete the form.
After you save your event, make sure it was properly added to the Event Calendar.

Use the pulldown menu to find the username and click the 'Add Builder' Button.

*** If your region is set for Public Access, you will not see the Private Region Access button.
Use the pulldown menu to find the username and click the 'Allow Visitor' Button. Your visitors will be listed below the username pulldown menu.
Open the same panel and click the 'Rescind' button next to the correct username on the allowed list.

Next to each person visiting your region you will find a Kick/Ban button. Clicking this button will remove them from the region and region chat.
You will receive a POP UP ALERT that the user or guest user has been banned. Their name will now be at the TOP of the radar panel under 'banned users'.
Banned members will be listed at the top of your region radar. To allow them back in, click the button next to their username. You will receive a POP UP ALERT that they can once again enter your region.
Keep in mind that if you ban a member or guest from your region, and your region is set to public access, they can always log in as a guest under a different username. You may have to ban them a couple of times before they lose interest.
The only way to ensure complete privacy is to:
1) Set your region to Private Access.
2) White list those allowed to visit.
** Setting your region to public/private access is very easy and done within your Edit Region Details panel. You can always set your region to private temporarily for an important event, and return it to public after your event concludes.

All registered members can create slideshow presentations, but only region owners can give them permission to share those presentations.

• Add the region slideshow prim and set its location, rotation, scale.
• Assign the slideshow presenter by username (gives them access to the region slideshow controller)

FYI NOTE: This region management panel operates both the slideshow presentation prim and the chalkboard presentation prim.
• Slideshow Presentation Pulldown - "Current: No"
Change this to YES to add the prim to your region. We recommend leaving this set to NO until you are ready to actively use it.
• Location, Rotation, Scale - properly set your slideshow prim.
• Presentation Controller (Pulldown Menu).
Only one person can operate the controller at a time. You can assign any registered member to share their prepared slideshows.
The person assigned (by the region owner) to operate the slideshow, may activate the controller from the pulldown menu. (Top Toolbar: Region | Slideshow Controller)

If you make changes to your region, or perhaps start a streaming presentation after people have arrived, they will need to reload their region to see those changes. Use the Reload Region Commander to notify your visitors.
*** Visitors that arrive after the change has been made will see the altered region without a reload needed.

This tool allows you to watch a movie or YouTube video as a group (not to be confused with video building tools or embedding a video into a popup window)
Please contact management to install your movie scrim. Once installed you can move it around freely.

Form is pretty self-explanatory. Select a video or enter a YouTube URL and click submit. Use the KILL MY STREAM button to end the presentation.
If you wish to have a commons license movie added to the list - contact management with your request and download URL.
The Out Of World Radar System allows you to easily monitor for region visitors.
• You do not have to be logged in (saves you bandwidth as you do other work).
• When a visitor lands, you will hear a doorbell sound.

• GLOBAL WORLDWIDE ALERTS: Click the provided link on first line.

NOTE: Mind your speakers - a doorbell sound will play when someone lands.
Region owners can add a weather condition or falling particles to their region. Using this control (instead of the Manage Region Details | Custom Script), allows you to change your weather in real time.

3DWebWorldz has a live streaming system that is free to use for region owners.
Live streaming can be used for video concerts, keynote presentations, teaching, powerpoint slides from desktop, sharing your screen, etc. You get the idea. If you want to live stream, it can be done on your region.

Initial setup includes the installation of a movie scrim on your region, along with being given a live stream address and password.
Once all the pieces are in place you are free to move your movie scrim and use the streaming service anytime. Be sure to announce any public streaming events in the 3DWebWorldz Event Calendar.
Live streaming requires a software that will send your stream from your computer to 3DWebWorldz. There are several softwares available. Our team favorite is a free software called OBS. Need help? Jamie_Jordan is our resident stream expert.
If streaming privileges are abused or used inappropriately your streaming privileges will be terminated without notice. Please contact management with questions.
